Limited Lifetime Warranty

Big West Ford is pleased to announce the implementation of our limited lifetime warranty on select parts. Warranty coverage includes 2 Years unlimited mileage on labour and lifetime warranty on premium branded parts as outlined on the attached table.

1. Warranty to be administered by Big West Ford
2. Warranty after 2 years from purchase date on Ford, Motorcraft to be handled at Big West Ford. Warranty under 2 years on Ford and Motorcraft parts can be administered by any Ford Dealer in North America
3. Omnicraft parts warranty is 2 years labour and lifetime on the part(excluding select parts) which can be administered by any Ford Dealer in North America
4. All other, all makes parts carry a 2 year unlimited mileage warranty on labour, up to a $150.00 and lifetime warranty on the part

1. Lifetime warranty repairs to be completed at Big West Ford
2. Customers original installation work order including Vin, Install date, Vehicle mileage and Part number (s) of the installed aftermarket parts
3. Customer signed replacement work order including Vin, Install date, vehicle mileage and part number (s) of installed aftermarket parts

• Any internal repairs or replacement of internal components, or replacement of engine assembly

• Automatic - any internal repair or component replacement or assembly
• Manual - any internal repair or component replacement
• Clutches - Clutch assembly repair

• Any repair or component replacement requiring the removal of internally lubricated components.
• or replacement of the drive axle / differential assembly
• Ring gear, pinion shaft and related gears
• Associated bearing with above
• Pinion seal
• Transfer case repairs

• Any repair or materials related to auto body repair work
• Glass related repairs

• Oil changes, fluid changes and flushes, wiper blades and filters
